Digital Delivery Policy

Courses sold on the FireCook Cooking website are digital learning products. No physical item is shipped for these course purchases unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise.

How course access is delivered

After successful payment, access instructions are provided according to the learning format of the purchased course. Please enter an email address and phone number that you can access during checkout.

If access is delayed

Payment confirmation and course access may not always arrive at exactly the same moment. If payment is successful but you have not received the expected access information, contact FireCook with your order number. Please avoid purchasing the same course again while we check the order.

Physical shipping

Digital course products do not require physical delivery. If FireCook later offers a product that requires shipping, its product page and checkout information will state the applicable delivery details.
